WHP do not have a forum in their website so we have searched few public forums and the stat was quite shocking .almost 99.99% of customers are unhappy .But you must know that in most cases angry customers are going for forum complaints .so we don’t know the actual percentage of happy users .
Reason for unhappiness:
1.poor support
2. no refund
3.account suspended.
4.billing issues
Some Facts:
We found a lot of complains about web hosting pad so we researched a lot and found that http://www.greenvillehost.com is also owned by them .We could not understand why a company needs 2 different websites to sell their services. We can see that greenvillehost was created in 2008 and if you want to recheck please visit their contact page and we are sure that you will see same office address listed there.
First time when we visited their website ,we saw a award listed there from a web hosting review company .The award says that WHP is in their top 10 list but when we visited the review company’s website .we cant see anything about WHP.
Negative :
1.they provide very cheap webhosting service so it seems they are over selling their server .If you want to know more please read this article here .
2.very poor technical support
3.cheap price is only available if you register for 4 or more years .And as per our basic rules we do not suggest you to pay your webhosting company yearly.
4.only 10% cpu uses limit.
Positive:
We can’t see any positive points .
Our experience with Web Hosting pad:
We signed up with WebHostingPad and after 2 days when we have received nothing we mailed them and got a reply from them .Thay said that my credit card was declined So we tried with another credit card and this time we got a system generated email about the invoice and it confirmed that we will get our account information very soon .
Again 2 days and we got nothing and they replied that they received nothing from the credit card company.
So we have a very bad experience with WebHostingPad.
Conclutions:
There is no way that we will recommend WHP for any kind of website .
